TAIZE Machinery today unveiled its 3rd-generation intelligent preform mold system, pioneering industrial IoT applications in mold manufacturing. The system features embedded sensors monitoring 20+ parameters including temperature and pressure, with AI analytics enabling 30-minute advance maintenance alerts. Client tests show defect rates reduced from 0.8% to 0.5%, supporting annual capacity expansion to 1,500 molds.
